Make sure you are near your assigned room at least 10 minutes in advance. When the judges are ready, your team will be asked to enter the presentation room. You will have 6 minutes for your pitch, 5 minutes for questions, and 4 minutes for feedback. A GCES organizer will be leading the room and will let you know when you have run out of time.
The judges will ask you questions and give feedback after your pitch. They will then evaluate your team on their judging criteria matrix. Note that the judges will already have access to your Business Model Canvas, prototype, and pitch deck before your presentations.
